Booking Confirmation

All bookings made via our website or by phone will be confirmed with a booking reference number via email.

Services are subject to availability and may change without notice. Heathrow Parking Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking.

Bookings are considered valid upon issuance of a booking reference number.

Offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the parking period begins, and you will receive a refund minus cancellation charges of up to 35%.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in the full parking fee being charged.

Requests for cancellations must be made via email, and refunds will be processed upon confirmation.

No refund is available for unused parking days if you return early.

Cancellations or amendments are not accepted for supersaver, saver, or non-flexible parking products.

Prices, Payments, and Cost Recovery

Payment must be made before parking your vehicle.

Any deviation from your booked entry and exit times may result in additional charges.

Requests for extensions must be made via email and cannot be processed as a new booking.

Overstaying your booking will result in charges at the daily rate.

Our operational hours are from 04:00 to 23:59. A £30 charge applies for vehicle deliveries after midnight.

Returning earlier than booked may incur a £20 fee and longer wait times for pickup.

A late arrival fee of £20 per day will be applied to your booking.

Exclusion and Limits of Responsibility

We are not liable for any loss or damage covered by your insurance.

Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk while parked.

Loss arising from transport delays, stolen tickets, mechanical failure, or natural disasters is not covered.

The company does not accept liability for minor scratches, dents, or damages to paintwork caused by weather conditions.

We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed flights or additional hotel costs.

Customer Responsibilities

Vehicles must be roadworthy and comply with traffic regulations.

You are liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused while on our premises.

Vehicles should have a valid MOT certificate (if required by law) and appropriate insurance.

Dangerous or illegal substances should not be left in the vehicle.

Inspection of vehicle paintwork and bodywork must be done before parking.

Our Responsibilities

We will take reasonable care of your vehicle during the booked period.

The provided receipt or ticket must be presented when reclaiming your vehicle. Proof of identity is required for lost receipts.

Vehicle Security

Car keys should be left with us; failure to do so may result in the refusal of your booking.

Valuables or house keys should not be left in the vehicle.

Transport to and from the Airport

Ensure you have a seat on the transfer bus.

Children under eight must be seated with an adult.

Animals are not allowed on the transfer bus except guide dogs.

Check-in Time

Arrive at the car park at least 100 minutes before the airline’s recommended check-in time. Allow for an additional 30 minutes during busy periods.

General Terms

These terms are governed by UK law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
